Payment Policy

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking

50% of the remaining balance is due by February 1st of the hunting year

The remaining balance is due by May 1st of the hunting year.

After February 01 of the hunting year, all payments are non-refundable but transferable to a new booking hunter or a future trip.
